This program is specifically designed for people who possess distinctive abilities in the fields of cultural activities and/or athletics. Those who belong to the following fields will qualify for the program if they meet the eligibility requirements:

Program Requirements
- Intention and ability to establish themself as a self-employed person
- Meet the programâs selection criteria
- Have 2 years of relevant experience in the 5 years preceding the application, such as:
- taken part in cultural activities or athletics at a world-class level or
- been a self-employed person in cultural activities or athletics
Apart from the above, you are required to give the medical exam, obtain police certificates and have the ability to support your family and yourself financially.
